Mid-week Grind is a 60 minute adult strength & conditioning class designed to push through the slump and come out stronger - every single week. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned lifter, you'll leave feeling powerful and ready to crush the rest of the week.
Private/Semi-Private Training
Ages 13-18 (1 hour sessions)
1 : 1 - $80 + tax

Training Tailored to Every Season
The training needs of an athlete vary greatly depending on whether they are in-season, off-season, or pre-season. Each season has its own specific goals and demands. Whether your athlete is a beginner or a seasoned competitor, working with a coach ensures that training is tailored to their specific needs at each stage. Our Strength and Conditioning Coach helps ensure the athlete is progressing efficiently, avoiding burnout or injury, and consistently improving. Proper guidance through these phases ultimately maximizes performance and leads to better results.

Focusing on developing strength, fundamental movement patterns, coordination, and learn safe training technique at this stage helps set the stage for long-term athletic success. This strong foundation allows them to thrive as they grow older and advance into more competitive levels of sport.
