Starting training at a young age, specifically between 8-12 years old, is crucial for building a strong athletic foundation. Focusing on developing strength, fundamental movement patterns, coordination, and learn safe training technique at this stage helps set the stage for long-term athletic success. This strong foundation allows them to thrive as they grow older and advance into more competitive levels of sport.
