Group Training Membership


As a Group Training Member you can join any of our classes led by one of our professional coaches who are skilled in adapting the programming to meet you where you are at, wheather you are new to exercise or advanced in your training.

The training sessions develop power, strength, and conditioning safely and efectively, minimizing your risk of injury.

What does a Group Training Member get?

There are two membership types:

  • 2x / week
  • Unlimited

Each Strength & Conditioning class includes:

  1. movement preparation (warm up)
  2. power development
  3. strength training
  4. conditioning

Our coaches design programming to be delivered in 5 week blocks to build consistency. The programming will rotate throughout the week, giving you variety but also consistency so you can see progress and give your body time to adapt. You can start training at any time and your coach will adjust any movement. to meet you where you are.
