The Elite Athlete Program is for athletes already in the High Performance Program who require more. It’s for the athlete that requires a hyperfocused approach to reach the next level of their potential in their sport.
The athlete works directly with the coach, who assesses their athleticism and discusses their sport specific goals in a Strategy Session.
The coach designs a customized program that complements their High Performance training, targeting their sport specific goals, delivering results.
The coach works directly with the athlete during two 60 minute personal training sessions instructing them on how to implement their program.
The athlete is also given gym access at scheduled times to train individually, or with a buddy if they are in the program together. At EVOLVE we encourage our athlete’s to increase their own individual commitment to their training.

“When I first started working with Emma as my coach, I was a young female athlete who felt out of place in a strength and conditioning gym. With her guidance and training methods, I started to look forward to each training session. Emma is not just an incredible coach; she is also an understanding and caring mentor. She consistently goes above and beyond to listen to my concerns and helps me overcome challenges I face as an athlete. Her ability to tailor training plans to suit my goals, lifestyle and individual abilities is remarkable. Thanks to her coaching, I always felt physically and mentally prepared for every boxing competition I entered. I am very fortunate to have trained under such an exceptional coach like her. Emma, thank you for everything you have done for me. You are truly the driving force behind my success as a two-time Canadian Boxing Champion.”
- Kate Lee, two-time Canadian Boxing Champion
“My time with Emma was awesome and we have worked together for over half a decade and we would be entering year 8 together this coming fall. She was always so helpful in the gym and knew what I needed to work on to get me to the next level. Thanks to Emma, I was able to have some great victories on court and win a championship with my NCAA college tennis team. I give her the credit of getting me in prime shape and helping me perform my best. Emma will be a great asset for her new team in Saskatchewan.”
- Cade Nadeau, NCAA College Tennis champion
